  When our well pump quit they were quick to come out and assess the situation. We asked for a quote and Bob phoned us back and told us he figured the cost out for the worst case scenario to be $4500. They arrived the next day around 11am and pulled the pump. Bob was not sure of the size or gallons per minute of the pump so he had to take it back to check it. They had to up-size the pump that was quoted so that would have added some $$. We also had them upgrade the wire leading from the well to the house $138 and they found 3 lengths of pipe that had to be replaced $148. All in all the workmanship and service was good. However the bill came in at $5792. Way more than what we were expecting even with the additions. When we inquired and asked Bob to have the breakdown of the additions we did not get it. Instead we were told by the lady in the office that the bill was correct and that was what we owed. Integrity is huge in today's business and for this reason this company only gets 3 stars from us. Make sure if you use this company that your quote is in writing!
